This battery pack System is suitable for both residential and commercial energy storage applications and is assembled with 3.2V 314Ah lithium iron phosphate cells in a 2P16S configuration. It also includes an intelligent BMS for the 51.2V 628Ah lithium battery system. Each pack supports 16 packs in parallel to easily expand capacity. Do not mix parallel battery packs of different brands or models.

01 Function

► Battery voltage calculation: 16 battery voltage sampling test,deviation ± 20mV.

► Battery and ambient temperature detection: 4 battery temperature sensors,1 ambient temperature sensor,1 MOS temperature sensor, deviation ± 2 ℃.

► Battery capacity and cycle times: Complete a complete charging,discharging cycle to set the actual capacity.Monitor the remaining capacity of the battery with the capacity estimation accuracy within 5% deviation.

In addition,the charging and discharging cycle time and the complete charging and discharging cycle time can be configured.

► Smart cell balance: Charging and static balance strategies can be flexibly set to effectively extend the service life.

► Communication interface: PC or intelligent front-end can monitor battery data,control operation and set parameters through telemetry,remote signaling,remote adjustment,remote control and other commands.

The communication protocol meets the requirements of YD/T 1363.3 and realizes cascade communication.

► Historical data recording,saving and reading: When the battery is abnormal,record and save real-time battery status and alarm information. At present,up to 500 historical fault data can be stored.

► Battery management system parameter setting: Battery management system parameters,including cell battery over voltage/under voltage,battery total voltage over voltage/under voltage,charge and discharge over current,battery high/low temperature,battery capacity,working mode,charge and discharge limit current, can be set in the battery monitoring system.

► Working mode: Charging and discharging current limiting, constant voltage output, direct output and other working modes can be set in the monitoring system.

► Multiple protection functions: Hardware protection,battery protection, high and low temperature protection, output short circuit protection, etc.

Equipped with push handles and lockable casters for easy mobile transfer,

minimalist silver matte vertical cabinet with top LCD screen, integrated heat dissipation holes for efficient ventilation.

• CAN communication

BMS transmit information through CAN interface.Buad rate 500KBITS/S.CAN interface applies 8P8C connectors.

And CAN connector communicates with inverter or CAN TEST. RS485 collect the information.

Then CAN transmit the battery pack information to PCS.

BMS could collect battery pack information through RS485 communication.

Baud rate: 19200bps. RS485 interface applies 8p8c connectors.

•Parallel

When connected in parallel with RS485 connectors. CAN connectors act as upper communication interface.

End devices could get the collected battery information through CAN interface.

• Working mode

- Charging mode

When a charger was detected, and the charger voltage is 0.5V+ more than thebattery voltage,BMS will turn on the charging MOSFET.And when thecharging current reaches the effective charging current value,enterscharging mode.

- Discharging mode

When a loads was detected, and the discharging current reaches the effective discharging current value, BMS enters discharging mode.

- Standby mode

When the BMS not in charging mode, nor discharging mode, it enters standby mode.

- Power off mode

The BMS enters the shutdown mode after 48 hours of normal standby,battery triggering under voltage protection, key shutdown or external switch shutdown.

Wake-up conditions of shutdown mode:

1) Charge activation. 2) 48V voltage active. 3) Press key to start.

1.Movable Integrated Cabinet with Humanized Appearance

This vertical integrated energy storage cabinet comes with double push handles and lockable universal casters for flexible moving and layout adjustment.

The minimalist white metal shell adopts honeycomb heat dissipation mesh and built-in cooling fan, equipped with top LCD display and multi-color LED indicator lights to intuitively check real-time voltage, temperature and remaining capacity data.

2. High-Cycle LFP Cells & Expandable Parallel Connection

It adopts 2P16S grade-A lithium iron phosphate cells, rated at 51.2V 628Ah with 32kWh capacity, supporting 8000 charge-discharge cycles under 80% DOD.

Dual CAN/RS485 communication ports enable up to 16 units parallel connection, freely expanding total energy storage capacity to match variable power demand.

3. High-Efficiency Active Balancing BMS & Full-Range Multi-Layer Safety

Built-in intelligent BMS with 2.5A high-current active balancing module, realizing dynamic cell voltage equalization during charging, discharging and standby states.

Comprehensive multi-dimensional protection covers cell/pack overvoltage/undervoltage, overcurrent, transient surge, short circuit, multi-point high/low temperature and MOS overheat.

Short-circuit protection locks the system after 5 consecutive faults, which can only be reset via charger connection. A low-temperature heating module activates automatically below 0℃ to avoid cell damage during charging.

4.Wide Temperature Adaptability & Complete Data Recording Function

Stable operation is supported within 0~40℃ charging range and -20~40℃ discharging range, adapting to cold northern areas and high-temperature tropical regions.

The system can store up to 500 historical fault records for quick troubleshooting, with configurable working modes including charging, discharging, standby and power-off to fit residential off-grid, grid-tied and small commercial energy storage scenarios.
