Intelligent Project Management:

Using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology, the company carries out refined task decomposition and schedule tracking for Pack R&D projects of three core products: electric motorcycle batteries, residential energy storage systems, and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage systems. Online project planning closely integrates R&D tasks, approval workflows, and key deliverables to ensure efficient implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI).

Standardized Design and Knowledge Base:

A complete corporate standard component library and component management system have been established to advance standardized and modular design. Engineers can access mature models of cells, protection boards, and structural parts optimized for e-motorcycle power applications and residential/C&I energy storage applications at the initial design stage, which greatly reduces redundant R&D efforts and improves design efficiency and quality from the source.

Core Technologies and Simulation Design

Cell Selection and Simulation:

All core products adopt imported and domestic 18650/21700 cylindrical power cells and high-capacity energy storage cells, which support high-rate discharge for e-motorcycles and long-cycle performance for residential/C&I energy storage. In the design phase, professional software is used for structural design and motion simulation of battery packs to ensure structural reliability of e-motorcycle batteries under high-frequency vibration and residential/C&I energy storage systems under long-term charge-discharge conditions.

Patented Heat Dissipation Structure:

Based on core patented thermal management technology, the company has developed a unique stamped integrated heat dissipation mounting plate. This structure integrates liquid cooling circulation and high-efficiency air ducts, which precisely solves the thermal runaway risks caused by high-rate discharge of e-motorcycle batteries and long-time high-power operation of residential/C&I energy storage systems, and guarantees thermal stability of the three core product lines.

Super BOM and Supply Chain Collaboration

Design-Manufacturing Integration:

Seamless conversion from Engineering BOM (EBOM) to Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) is realized. The system supports multi-tier management of complex product structures for e-motorcycle batteries, residential energy storage modules and C&I energy storage battery clusters, ensuring accurate data for every material from cells and wires to enclosures.

Precise Costing and Quotation:

Based on BOM data and project task information, the system automatically generates accurate product quotations and cost accounting, effectively addressing cost control challenges of the three energy storage product lines and realizing efficient collaboration between R&D and the supply chain.

Intelligent Manufacturing and Closed-Loop Quality Control

Automated Production Lines and Process Management:

The company owns a modern factory of about 6,000–8,000 square meters and multiple fully automatic Pack production lines. Through the process route management module, design data is accurately transmitted to the production line. The comprehensive capacity is stable at 3,000 PCS/week (annual output of approximately 100,000 units), which can efficiently meet batch delivery requirements for e-motorcycle batteries, residential energy storage, and C&I energy storage systems.

Full-Process Traceability System:

A complete closed loop from Problem Report (PR), Engineering Change Request (ECR), to Engineering Change Notice (ECN) has been constructed. All data, including cell formation and grading data, protection board test records, and finished product aging reports, realize full data linkage and visual traceability, ensuring the safety and consistency of every e-motorcycle battery, residential energy storage system, and C&I energy storage system delivered.
